 Looking for classes that focus on core strenght, challenging cardio and resistance training using bouyant support? Well the SOS club is offering a H2O program June, July, August for M.J.C students for $30 a month for all water aerobic classes M-W-F 8-9 am or 5:30 PM M-F-Sat.
